Return & Exchange Policy for Defective Artwork
We take great care in producing and shipping our fine art prints. If your artwork arrives in a defective condition (including damage from shipping or any flaws in print quality), we are happy to exchange it for you.
To qualify for an exchange:
Email us within 3 days of receiving your artwork at [your email address], including a photo of the damage and your order number.
Return the original artwork to the address provided in our reply. This helps us assess the issue and improve our packaging and fulfillment process.
We’ll promptly ship a replacement at no additional cost once we’ve received and reviewed the returned item.
Please note: Exchanges are only offered for items damaged or defective upon delivery. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or aesthetic preference.
Final Sale Policy
All fine art sales are final. Due to the nature of limited edition and custom-printed pieces, we do not offer refunds or general exchanges for reasons unrelated to damage or defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping Damage Reporting Timeframe
Any issues related to damage or defects must be reported within 3 days of delivery with supporting photos. Requests outside this timeframe may not be eligible for exchange.

Return Shipping Instructions
Returned artwork must be shipped in the original or equivalent protective packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for return items lost in transit.
